We want to be good stewards of the resources God has blessed us with to carry out ministry work in the church. ECC also strives to ensure the proper handling of accounts as a charitable, non-profit organization, with due checks and balances. 

For purpose of purchases (> petty cash limit of HK$1,000) made for ECC’s ministry or operating use, approval must be sought in accordance with the published Authorization Matrix before purchase can be made.
