Please note that everyone who attends this meeting will be required to individually attend on separate devices in order to vote on church business and take attendance for quorum. Pre-registration is required at the above link to ensure that we have your most up to date information. 

Please make sure to use your full name on your Zoom name, otherwise we will not be able to allow you into the meeting.

By default attendee mics will  be muted for the duration of the meeting. If you need to ask a question, please indicate so by typing in the Zoom chat.

Voting will be done by the use of the Zoom polls. Please make sure you have the latest Zoom update to ensure that you can participate.

For the Q&A at the end of the meeting, we will be using Slido to manage questions. Please refer here for more information on how to use Slido. You can also type out your question or indicate you would like to ask verbally using the Zoom chat
